Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

This Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and Musab Urwi Al Hamed A.S (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It governs your access to and use of the “Free Up” mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.

1. Changes to This Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will take effect once the updated version is posted in the App. Your continued use of the App means you accept the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

  • Users aged 13 to 17 years may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Users under 13 years old are strictly prohibited from using the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are legally capable of entering into this Agreement.

3. Purpose of the App

The App is a utility tool designed to improve your mobile experience.
Features may include (but are not limited to):

  • Detecting and deleting duplicate or similar photos, screenshots, bursts, and Live Photos

  • Identifying and cleaning duplicate contacts

  • Merging or backing up contacts

  • Quick delete functions for unwanted files or contacts

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any part of the Privacy Policy, you must stop using the App immediately.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

  • Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App.

  • Share or lend the App to third parties without authorization.

  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

  • Attempt to use the App for malicious or unauthorized purposes.

Any misuse may result in termination of this Agreement and potential legal action.

6. Availability & Updates

  • The App requires a compatible device and internet access.

  • It is designed for iOS 10.0 or later, but compatibility is not guaranteed on all devices.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

  • The App may be updated or discontinued at any time without notice.

  • You may uninstall the App at any time if you no longer wish to use it.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may include links or integrations with third-party websites or services.

  • We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.

  • If you use ad-blocking features within the App, some websites may restrict access.

  • You are solely responsible for following third-party terms of service.

8. Data Sharing for App Store Refunds

To process App Store refund requests, we may share limited data with Apple Inc. such as:

  • Usage activity and purchase history

  • Subscription duration and status

  • Content accessed within the App

This data is shared only to help Apple validate refund requests. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

You can manage or withdraw your consent anytime under App Settings → Privacy & Data Sharing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or always available.

  • We do not guarantee 100% removal of duplicates or similar files.

  • We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or technical compatibility.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.
